Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 3D Print SD. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing & Production Time

 * All orders are processed and manufactured within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 * You will receive a second notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

 * Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order total.

 * Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $70.00 USD.

 * Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00 flat rate.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination and package dimensions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at davidreyescalifornia14@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition and packaging. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a proper resolution.
